What is Japoly?
A 1v1 showdown, raw intensity on the field, and no room for excuses. Dreams will collide, egos will bruise, and if you’re lucky (or good), you might just become a legend.
How do I register for Japoly?
Simple. Fill out the form, and we’ll review it. Better yet, post your video—it’ll increase your chances. If selected, you’ll get an email from us. Then, all you have to do is bring your fire and step into the madness. Oh, and don’t forget to bring a friend or two along, you’ll need them for moral support.
What’s the format of the tournament?
1v1 football, as simple as that. Knockout-style. Fast-paced. Brutal. 2 halves of 2 minutes each with 1 minute rest in between.
Can I play if I’m not an expert?
If you’ve got guts, you’ve got a shot. Forget how good (or bad) you are at football—just tell us why you want in. If your story blows us away,we don’t care if you can’t tell a goalpost from a lamppost. We’ll still give your fame a serious boost.
What happens if I lose?
You learn, you grow, and you come back stronger. Or you sulk for a bit—we’re not judging (much).
What do I win?
Cash, bragging rights, and eternal glory in the annals of Japoly (okay, maybe just bragging rights).
Can I watch without playing?
Absolutely. Bring your voice, your energy, and maybe some popcorn. You’ll need it—it gets wild out here.
Is there an entry fee for spectators?
Nope. Watching dreams clash is free. Experiencing this level of madness? Priceless.
What are the rules?
Play fair. Don’t fake it. And don’t cry when you lose—we’ve all been there. For the rest, check out our detailed rulebook on the website.
Are protective gears mandatory?
We won’t stop you from wearing shin pads, but remember—this is about rawness. Come as you are, or don’t come at all.
Is Japoly for everyone?
If you’ve got the guts to step onto the field or cheer from the sidelines, then yes, it’s for you.
Where is this going to be held?
Initially, it’ll take place at the skating rink in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
Is there an age restriction, or gender restriction—basically, any discrimination?
That last bit was added by us because not many like to say it—but we do. And here’s the answer: NO. Like we said, anyone can come if they’ve got what it takes to be the master. Period.
